1. Parties, scope and acceptance
Rodrigo Junquera Peláez, an individual trading under the business name ZYREN, is the owner of this website. ZYREN is not a separate company and no company has currently been incorporated for this activity.
Contact and support: rodrigo@zyren.com.co.
This text sets out general rules for B2B use. It is not considered accepted by visiting the website, requesting a demo or reading this page. Where it needs to form part of a contract, sufficient information and an appropriate acceptance mechanism are required.
2. Authorised use
Authorised use is sales management for the client organisation, within the features and permissions actually agreed. This page does not grant a licence or access to features that have not been activated.
You may not access other people’s data, impersonate others, interfere with the system, enter data without a legal basis or infringe third-party rights. Restrictions on use and intellectual property will respect legal exceptions and rights.
3. Responsibility for data
The client must check the accuracy, relevance, legal basis and origin of the data it enters, inform the people concerned and respect their rights. It must not provide special categories or excessive data without an assessment and appropriate conditions.
These obligations do not exclude the owner of ZYREN’s own responsibilities for the processing it carries out. Rights in content and data are not transferred by using the service.
4. Artificial intelligence recommendations
Recommendations may be incomplete or incorrect. The client must review them before using them in decisions or communications and maintain appropriate human oversight. They are not professional advice, a diagnosis or a guarantee of results.
The features, providers and data used by the AI must be confirmed in the agreed service. This document does not authorise sending data to an unidentified provider.
5. Communications and automations
The client must verify the legitimacy of recipients, content, legal basis and requirements for communications, including rules on advertising and objection. It may only activate automations that are actually available and authorised, with the agreed controls.
Suggestions shown in demonstrations are not sent automatically. A simulation does not evidence a real connection with Instagram, WhatsApp or any other service.
6. Account security
Users must keep their credentials safe, not share them and report unauthorised access. The client must manage its team’s permissions using the available features and give notice of departures or changes that require access to be removed. The scope of support and authentication measures must be agreed, without assuming unverified guarantees.
7. Availability and changes
This document does not set a service level, response time or guaranteed availability. Changes, maintenance and incidents affecting a contracted service will be governed by the law and the terms validly agreed, with the information required.
8. Suspension and termination
The grounds, procedure, notices and effects of a suspension or termination must be set out in valid and proportionate terms. Any measure taken for legal or security reasons must be proportionate to the case, without unlimited powers or removal of non-waivable rights.
This document does not create cancellation terms, penalties, prices or notice periods. It does not replace the specific commercial terms, which must be reviewed.
9. End of service and data
Mechanisms, formats, responsibilities and conditions for exporting or returning data must be agreed, as well as its deletion or legal retention when the service ends.
If ZYREN acts as processor, return or deletion will follow the controller’s instructions and Article 28 GDPR, unless retention is required by law. Copies, logs and residual access must also be addressed.
10. Processing agreement and governing law
Where applicable, a processing agreement must be put in place defining roles, instructions, sub-processors, security, assistance, incidents and the final destination of the data. This User Agreement does not replace it.
Governing law and jurisdiction will be determined under the applicable rules and valid terms, respecting non-waivable rights. The English version does not automatically change the applicable law; international provision requires a specific review.
