Rodrigo Junquera Peláez, an individual trading under the business name ZYREN, is the owner of this website. ZYREN is not a separate company and no company has currently been incorporated for this activity.

These rules cover access to the website and requests for demonstrations. Simply visiting, reading or browsing the website does not mean accepting a service contract.

Contracting requires the applicable specific terms and an appropriate mechanism for information and acceptance. This document does not set new prices, financial terms, cancellations, warranties or commercial commitments, nor does it replace terms validly agreed.

The website must be used lawfully and with respect for the rights of others. You may not impersonate others, provide third-party data without a legal basis, attempt to access other people’s information or interfere with the service. Anyone requesting information must provide relevant and accurate data.

Rights in the software, designs, distinctive signs and content belong to their respective owners. Publication does not imply any transfer of rights, nor does it evidence the registration of a trade mark. Any use must comply with the applicable licences, permissions and legal exceptions.

Data provided by clients does not give ZYREN any rights over it beyond those needed to lawfully provide the service agreed.

The website may be interrupted for maintenance, incidents or external services. No guarantee of uninterrupted availability or any service level not agreed is offered. Changes to a contracted service must comply with the law and the valid terms of that relationship.

Links to third-party pages give access to information or services provided by others. Their content and practices are governed by their own terms. Including a link does not evidence any partnership or integration. This explanation does not remove any responsibilities the owner has by law.

Artificial intelligence recommendations may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before making decisions or sending communications. They do not replace professional judgement or guarantee results.

The demonstration scenarios on this website are illustrative. They do not prove the existence of working integrations, active automations or real client results.

Liability will be determined under the applicable law and the circumstances of each case. The absence of guaranteed results does not exclude legal liability for acts or omissions attributable to the owner. Nothing in this document limits non-waivable rights, legal remedies or liabilities that cannot be excluded.

The owner is based in Spain; Spanish law and the applicable European Union rules are the reference. The law and jurisdiction of each relationship must be determined under mandatory rules and, where applicable, a valid agreement, without this document imposing an exclusive forum.

This English version does not mean that the law of any English-speaking country applies. Before offering the service in other countries, local obligations, international contracting and jurisdiction rules must be reviewed.

Revisions will be published with their date. An update to this page does not by itself modify an existing contract or evidence its acceptance.
